As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s daily tasks and overall workflow. You will manage complex calendars, organize international travel, and coordinate key projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that requests are prioritized and handled efficiently.
We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support operations for one or more departments in the company
- Coordinate monthly reports and schedule meetings and interviews
- Organise and run international company events including logistics
- Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings
- Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives
- Manage suppliers and stakeholders
